1. Introduction

This Corporate Policy is crafted to provide investors with critical information on Amavest Inc.’s investment practices and guidelines. It applies to all investors and stakeholders involved with Amavest Inc. Amavest Inc. is dedicated to upholding integrity, transparency, and professionalism, safeguarding client and stakeholder interests in adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

2. Code of Conduct

Amavest Inc. maintains the highest standards of honesty and integrity, ensuring all dealings are conducted ethically. We are committed to full compliance with the investment industry’s regulatory environment. Conflicts of interest are managed diligently to protect client interests. Insider trading is strictly prohibited, with severe penalties for violations.

3. Investment Practices

Thorough due diligence is conducted to assess the suitability of all potential investments. Robust risk management strategies are implemented to minimize investment risks. Investments are tailored based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial situations, objectives, and risk tolerance. Diversification is enforced to optimize risk distribution across portfolios. Transparent and timely reporting is mandatory, ensuring compliance and accountability.

4. Returns Payment Schedule

Returns are distributed over a twelve-month period each year. Returns are issued by the 30th of each month per the established schedule. Any deviations from the schedule will be communicated in advance in accordance with legal stipulations.

5. NSF Investment Checks

A $500.00 fee will be imposed for any NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) investment check, charged to the responsible party. Amavest Inc. reserves the right to collect NSF fees through deductions from returns, billing, or other lawful methods.

6. Deception and Inaccurate Reporting

A corporate fine of $5,000 will be levied against individuals or entities responsible for deceptive or inaccurate reporting. Investors must report any discrepancies immediately. Failure to do so may result in termination from the program and a fine of $500 plus recovery costs.

7. Random Auditing of Accounts

Accounts are subject to random audits as part of our compliance measures. Audited accounts may have their monthly returns withheld during the audit process. A 60-day cooling period will be enforced for audited accounts, during which returns may be withheld.

8. Tax Withholding

A 3.3% tax will be withheld from monthly returns, with adjustments made annually based on actual tax liabilities.

9. Investment Agreements

Investment agreements must reflect the operational realities and do not override corporate policy. All agreements are subject to prevailing legal standards and requirements. Investors must comply with all outlined corporate policies.

10. Corporate Policy Supremacy

This corporate policy takes precedence over any other agreement or statement.

11. Investor Responsibility

Investors are responsible for any costs they incur during their investment activities. Corporate policies are final and not subject to negotiation.

Payments and returns may be suspended during government audits until resolution.

Investors must maintain accurate and current investment profiles; failure to do so may result in paused returns.

19. No Warranties or Claims

Amavest Inc. makes no warranties regarding the potential returns on investments.

20. Payment Due Date

Payments are due on the 30th of each month, with strict enforcement of this deadline.

Support inquiries must be submitted through the designated online link only.

22. Investment Disclaimer

Amavest Inc. disclaims all liability for the potential earnings or losses from its investment products.

23. Amendment and Review

The policy is subject to periodic review and amendment, with all changes communicated to investors.

Payouts include a structured process with a cooling period, during which all transactions are reviewed and audited.

25. Amendments to Terms

Investment policies may be adjusted annually to reflect operational realities. Restrictions apply to the number and total value of investor cashouts per month. Investment rates may vary based on performance and are subject to predefined limits. Tiered boosters are non-refundable and will be deducted from the principal if cashed out.
